He is an expert in ice cream and confectionery manufacture and his years of experience have contributed to the delicious range of products that are available through the Ice Cream Factory ice cream parlour in Troon and the range of off-site services that cater for weddings, events and shows throughout Ayrshire and beyond.

All of Ayrshire including Ayr, Troon, Kilmarnock, Irvine, Girvan, Largs, Cumnock and everywhere inbetween! We can also travel to Glasgow and anywhere on the west coast or central belt.
Our staff are always uniformed and very smartly presented and have all gained the necessary food hygiene certificates to cater for your event. Oh! And we have over 30 years’ experience in the industry.

Amazing ice cream! Provided an ice cream cart for our wedding at dalduff farm and was a huge success. I know we weren't the only ones who were up more than once! The after eight mint ice cream was my absolute favourite and my husband loved the turkish delight one. Very friendly and helpful staff and the cart is decorated beautifully for a wedding.
